I'm sorry to hear that, but you make a good point: sometimes we just need to witness our sadness and acknowledge its existence. Does it help to journal?

Yeah, I’m big on journalling. I love ACT form of therapy too. I find it so helpful in that there are a lot of feelings in my body I’ve linked to feelings and by bearing witness to them I can just sense them instead of hooking into the meanings. I’m feeling the transformation big time. It’s hella uncomfortable but it’s all currently giving me the opportunity to constrict or expand. Particularly around connection and support. I know a lot of the feelings I hold in my body around it are fear based. So I’ve been gently expanding into creating more connections… but I’m having to be intentional with it because it’s physically and emotionally a lot. Tapping, breathing, reiki and reflexology are all supporting me through atm.
